A & Z Apiaries new Honey House!
In late November 2011, we broke ground for our new 1726 sqft Honey House. This has been a long time coming and was needed due to the continued growth of our business.
The features of our new home include cold storage for empty beekeeping equipment, warming and extraction rooms, storage for bottled product, a bathroom, and a licensed kitchen. This kitchen will allow us to produce “value added” products that we previously were not able to do in our old space.
In late July this year, we got our Certificate of Occupancy from the town and now are operating from our new digs!
